SYNOPSIS OF BUDGET REPAIR BILL
Wisconsin is facing an immediate $137 million budget shortfall and foresees a $3.6 billion hole projected by mid-2013.
Under the bill, most state and public workers would be required to make larger contributions to their pension and health insurance plans(see below) and would lose all of their collective bargaining rights EXCEPT ON WAGES.
The union worker will retain their collective bargaining rights on wages.
Walker has proposed all state and local government employees pay 12.6 percent oF healthcare premiums and 5.8 percent of their salary to the Wisconsin Retirement System pension program.
Representative John Nygren from Marinette, who is on the committee, tells Action 2 News they have drafted an amendment to clarify some rights unions will still enjoy.
He said stripping away collective bargaining rights for most benefits like health care and pension will remain in the bill.
However, they wanted to clarify that public union members will still have the ability to go through the grievance process.

the past eleven years and the computerized climate models failed to predict this."
About the Summit:
The summit will create a world government that will supercede our Constitution (according to Lord Monckton, British climate change skeptic). The summit will be attended by representatives of 190 countries. Scientists believe that developed countries should slash their emissions by at least 40 percent against 1990 levels by 2020 in order to prevent global warming from becoming disastrous. This will place the US at a huge economic disadvantage ... BUT ... NOW THERE IS EVIDENCE THAT THERE IS NO GLOBAL WARMING!
In a recent statement, the White House also said the United States will pay a "fair share" of the proposed 10 billion U.S. dollars in annual aid to help developing countries cope with climate change. BUT NOW THERE IS EVIDENCE THERE IS NO CLIMATE CHANGE!

A new Rasmussen poll finds that the American public is highly skeptical of global warmism:
Most Americans (52%) believe that there continues to be significant disagreement within the scientific community over global warming.
While many advocates of aggressive policy responses to global warming say a consensus exists, the latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 25% of adults think most scientists agree on the topic. Twenty-three percent (23%) are not sure.
But just in the last few days, White House spokesman Robert Gibbs seemed to reject any such disagreement in a response to a question about global warming, "I don't think . . . [global warming] is quite, frankly, among most people, in dispute anymore."
Fifty-nine percent (59%) of Americans say it's at least somewhat likely that some scientists have falsified research data to support their own theories and beliefs about global warming. Thirty-five percent (35%) say it's Very Likely. Just 26% say it's not very or not at all likely that some scientists falsified data.
Rasmussen also reports that less than half of its survey subjects said they had been following the East Anglia revelations, suggesting "that Americans have had their doubts about the science of global warming for some time."
