"As soon as Governor Schwarzenegger announced that the science was settled – and how the hell would he know? – two-thirds of California’s citrus crop was destroyed.

Were all those oranges and lemons wiped out by drought? Or by forest fires? No, by an exceptionally bitter frost.

Last summer, just as the President of the Royal Society, the world’s oldest taxpayerfunded
pressure-group, was telling us, “Global warming is happening now,” global temperatures had already been plunging for nearly seven years, at a rate equivalent to almost 4 Fahrenheit degrees per century.

Has your favourite news medium reported that? Probably not. Maybe that’s why the President of the Royal Society didn’t know. He doesn’t get his science from the learned journals. He gets it from the media.

Just as Tony Bliar was announcing on his blog that “global warming is getting worse”, just as Al Gore was testifying before the Senate – during an ice-storm – that we face a “climate crisis”, global temperatures plummeted still more. They have been plummeting at a rate equivalent to 11 Fahrenheit degrees per century throughout the
four years since Gore launched his mawkish, sci-fi comedy horror B-movie. At this rate, by mid-century we shall roasting in a new Ice Age.
Gore no longer dares to publish his supposed “evidence” for “climate crisis”, because
he is rightly terrified that we here will pounce on it at once and demonstrate that it is materially, serially, seriously inaccurate – demonstrate its falsity by the dull, outmoded method of reference to the facts, the science, and the data."

ClimateGate and Copenhagen

Just before the signing of the controversial "Copenhagen" treaty in December (Dec. 9 - 18), a hacker discloses emails from the University of East Anglia (England) which shows scientists have not been fully honest about the statistics on which the UN and global community has relied upon for proof of global warming.

Note: "The emails vividly portray leading scientists there were scheming to suppress or discredit data and analysis. Contrary to their dire predictions, the whole idea that the earth is warming dangerously and that man by burning carbon fuels is the cause rests on computerized projections of future temperatures based on vast amounts of previously observed climate data. But there's a huge problem. There's been no apparent increase in global temperatures over the past eleven years and the computerized climate models failed to predict this."

About the Summit:
The summit will create a world government that will supercede our Constitution (according to Lord Monckton, British climate change skeptic). The summit will be attended by representatives of 190 countries. Scientists believe that developed countries should slash their emissions by at least 40 percent against 1990 levels by 2020 in order to prevent global warming from becoming disastrous. This will place the US at a huge economic disadvantage ... BUT ... NOW THERE IS EVIDENCE THAT THERE IS NO GLOBAL WARMING!

In a recent statement, the White House also said the United States will pay a "fair share" of the proposed 10 billion U.S. dollars in annual aid to help developing countries cope with climate change. BUT NOW THERE IS EVIDENCE THERE IS NO CLIMATE CHANGE!

A new Rasmussen poll finds that the American public is highly skeptical of global warmism:
Most Americans (52%) believe that there continues to be significant disagreement within the scientific community over global warming.
While many advocates of aggressive policy responses to global warming say a consensus exists, the latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 25% of adults think most scientists agree on the topic. Twenty-three percent (23%) are not sure.
But just in the last few days, White House spokesman Robert Gibbs seemed to reject any such disagreement in a response to a question about global warming, "I don't think . . . [global warming] is quite, frankly, among most people, in dispute anymore."
Fifty-nine percent (59%) of Americans say it's at least somewhat likely that some scientists have falsified research data to support their own theories and beliefs about global warming. Thirty-five percent (35%) say it's Very Likely. Just 26% say it's not very or not at all likely that some scientists falsified data.

Rasmussen also reports that less than half of its survey subjects said they had been following the East Anglia revelations, suggesting "that Americans have had their doubts about the science of global warming for some time."
