9/11 Naperville Memorial Service
8 AM - Shanower Memorial
(right behind City Hall on the Riverwalk)
The Naperville Exchange Club is having a 9/11 Memorial service at the Shanower Memorial on 9/11 starting at 8 a.m. Retired Captain Chuck Wehrli will be the keynote speaker, who will share his experiences at Ground Zero.
The memorial has remnants of steel from the twin towers, stone fragments from the Pentagon and granite from the Pennsylvania crash area.
Each year, Naperville gives a meaningful service remembering our lost Americans on that day.

This will be a family friendly event with plenty of activities and fun for the kids. Bring your lawn chairs and your blankets and enjoy great food, beverages and cold beer. Free admission and free parking.

We will pay tribute to our troops and honor the memory of those who died in the attacks of 9/11. This rally will also feature prominent speakers, local liberty leaders and regular Americans who are making a difference. The speakers include (speeches begin at 3PM):

LIBERTY TRAIL TEA PARTY RALLY 9/11/2010
This year the Liberty Trail Tea Party Rally on Randall Road extending from Aurora to Crystal Lake (and all towns in between) is being held on Saturday, September 11 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We had a good turn-out last year; but considering the current political turmoil, let's give the people a really big show! So, tell your friends, make your signs, and walk with us.
